Stvm2ve.ax crash Vista and Win7 Mediacenter

Salut, today i tested Sage Tv v6.5.9 and SageTV V6.5.15 Beta with my Leadtek PVR3000 analog card and Win7 32 7127.( and on another partition with Vista 32 SP2).
It worked good, remote partial work, image very good on EVR, sound OK, except after some times ocazional blue screen occur with Error:

"A wait operation, attach process or yield was attempted from a DPC Routine

After SageTV install i could not acces my tv in Mediacenter, i search on internet and i found that Stvm2ve.ax is the problem, i deleted this .dll and i could acces Live Tv in Mediacenter.
This problem occur on Vista 32 and Win7 32 withh latest updates( drivers, directx, etc).
IF i delete this .dll the sound dissapear in SageTV.
I could not use SageTV until this problem is resolved.

It seems that this problem is very old, from Win XP old times, i think that in 5 years this problem is resolved.....
I hope a fix comes soon.

Second, i live in Romania, in my country Leadtek tuners is majority, a few years ago Leadtek cards not working ok with SageTV, but now with hardware encoder is seems that is working very good.
I test Sage decoder, Microsoft one, Arcsoft, dscaler filter, all this options working, remote work 80%.
I think i begin to like SageTV, but for now i must uninstall and wait a fix for the problem with that .dll.
