Broke my SageTV STV

Hi folks,

About 6 months ago, I downloaded and tried out a different interface STV. I never really liked it, so about a month ago, I tried to get rid of it. In the process, I screwed it up for lack of a more technical phrase and now when I start up SageTV interface all I get is a black screen.

Could someone kindly tell me what I need to do to reinstate the original STV interface? I would normally tell you what version of Sage I'm running, but I don't know, and don't know how to check it.

Thanks in advance,

KN

Quit and dhutdown Sage. Find the Sageclient.properties file and open it in notepad. (Make sure you have file extensions visible when you find the correct file.) Look for a line similar to this:
Quote:
STV=C\:\\Program Files\\SageTV\\SageTV\\STVs\\SageTV3\\SageMC_6_3_9.xml
Get rid of everything after the = sign. Now start up Sage.
