Solved
Ran a chkdsk /f and that fixed some hard drive issues on the O/S drive. Ran a sfc /scannow that fixed some Win 7 issues Re-started Win7 and it found the drivers, but now have washed out recordings Stopped Sage, changed settings in the properties file, re-started and all is well.
