Indexing no longer finds new movies

For the last month or so, Sage does not find any new movies (DVD or BluRay folders) in my archives. They are side-by-side with the other 1,000+ movies I have, so not sure what has changed. I have looked at the log, and I can see it indexing all the movies, but none of the latest movies I've added are even mentioned in the log.

Anyone had this happen? How do you fix it? I've tried removing the folders as import folders and re-adding them, but I just get my original list of movies back, none of the newer ones.

I'm using the latest version and don't really touch my SageTV server to tinker with it anymore. Here's the entry from the debug log showing that indexing starts.
Wed 5/30 21:10:15.853 [LibraryImporter@17a3d13] Starting to scan lib import root: \\UNRAID\Movies
After which it goes through a lot of movie folders, but none of the new files I've added in the last month or so are even mentioned in the log.

You might try the "New Permissions" UNRAID script if you are using one of the 5.0 betas of UNRAID. I was having problems in SageTV myself until I did that. SageTV would see all of the files on the UNRAID directory that had this done but none of the new ones added after executing the script showed up in SageTV even though I could browse to and see them. Once I executed the script again the new ones showed up.
