Temp Files

Not sure if anyone can help me?

I am getting tons of file in my temp folder that are named like this:
.rsslib4jbug2fix8160773300602475961.tmp

There is a new file with a new number generated on the RSS feed from Yahoo I would assume - sometimes in ten minutes - sometimes every two minutes.

I created a batch file to delete them once a day but I am wondering if there is something else I could do. When I look at the contents of the files they are XML files generated by Yahoo Weather - here is a snippit:

If anyone knows a solution to these files being 'left behind' then I would appreciate it!
