I like KODI, but I haven't found a reason to use it on my HTPC. I did help someone install a Fire with KODI once. I also have KODI on my laptop. I've been using a ROKU on my TV for streaming. I even have an EventGhost script to switch between SageTV and Roku with one button press. I use the ROKU remote to control ROKU.
