HD300-No video from server

I just installed Sage on a Windows 10 computer and I am having problems getting both my HD300 going. One is brand new and one I have been using for a few years with an older sage server. Both have the same problem with the new Windows 10 computer. The older one works with my older Sage server that had Sage installed before it was upgraded to Windows 10.

I am using the HDMI output. The HD300 menus work fine but I get noise for the audio. If I stream from the internet the audio switches first to silence and then both the streamed audio and video work.

When I connect to my Sage server the menus on the screen go away and the screen just stays blank with no audio.

I tried a factory reset for the new HD300 from the internet, I tried two HDMI cables and I tried every configuration setting that I could find. Nothing helps. I read that there should be a "c:\Program Files (x86)\SageTV\SageTV\clients" folder with a setup file for both HD300. That folder doesn't exist.

Maybe a permission problem on the Sage server but I can't figure it out.

Windows firewall was causing the problem. If I turned off the private section of the firewall the HD300 would connect properly. As listed in the trouble shooting guide I tried allowing ports 42024 and 7818. That did not help. Even thou SageTVService.exe was listed as a program to communicate thru the firewall I added it again and the HD300 started to work.
