Will sageTV work with DirectV HR44 Genie
I just switched to DirecTV and now USB Uirt will not learn remote codes. The LrnHelper does not even respond to any remote button. Would someone enlighten me on how to control these genie boxes.

It most likely in RF controlled mode I found the step to change that.
To change this in your DirecTV's menu. Menu, Settings & Held, Settings, Remote Control, IR/RF Setup, select IR. There is another option see below link which may also work on HR44 http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...9&postcount=28 Download Ericvic file it should works better then IR mode.
