Update avail - can't update due to dependencies

I was using my backup V9 system today and Gemstone says that there is an update that is available that was last updated on 10/3/17.

But I can't install the update due to an incompatibility reason which is listed as: HttpClientVersion: 4.0.1.1. That same incompatibility is repeated four times.

I seem to have this same incompatibility issue for other plugins.

Any idea how to fix this?

edit - by the way I appear to have version HttpClient version 4.5.1.0. I can't update HttpClient because of the same HttpClient incompatibility reason! Not that going from 4.5.1.0 to 4.0.1.1 would be much of an update!
