HVR-1600 Antenna Location

Just some information that may be handy for hvr-1600 users. I originally setup sage with channel scan with an antenna in my attic connected to the hvr-1600 (I have two actually). The first time I just layed the antenna up against the wall as a temp position until my antenna mount came. Then, when the mount came I installed the antenna to it about 3 feet away from where i had it leaned over. I have found out later that this was enough to degrade one of my channels out of reception. I could still get in on my TV, but not through hvr-1600. Moving the antenna back solved the problem. Interesting enough, the station showed 70% strength on tv when hvr-1600 could not receive and when I moved the antenna back, the TV showed 96% and the hvr-1600 could receive.
