Problem with Dynamic Menu in SageMC

Whenever i try to save the menu in my menu i get this error "menu filw write failed check log..." I am using SageTV 6.1.9 with SageMC 6.3.2c.

Any suggestion will be welcome because i need that to use Google Video.

You'll have to post your menu here so that we can see it.

check that you do not have directories called net/sf/sageplugins/sagemenureader or net/sf/sageplugins/sageutils in your Sage program dir...

check that the JAR files in SageTV/JARs match the ones in the SageMC zipfile.

Then the next step is to enable debug logging (see faq) and see what errors are in the log when you try to write...

Code:
Failed to generate XML menu file: java.lang.AbstractMethodError: org.apache.xerces.dom.DocumentImpl.getXmlStandalone()Z
Check to see if you have a copy of xerces.jar in either our SageTV/JARs directory, or in the Program Files/Java/JRE_xxx/lib/ext directory, and delete it if found... (this is an incompatibility between an old xerces.jar and Java 1.6)

Note that if you use xmltv, then you need to check whether xerces.jar is required for your Xmltv importer...

Replace your xerces.jar with xercesImpl.jar and xml-apis.jar in Xerces-J-bin.2.9.0.zip from here. I use this with Java 1.6, nielm's dynamic menus, xml writer and an importer that requires xerces
