How to add meta-data for home movies?
I have an HDV camcorder that records 63 minutes of video per tape. I'll often record about a month's worth of stuff to a single tape - I would love there to be a way I could somehow view my "notes" on the data since the transfer from tape to .mpg doesn't include the Time or Date.
For example, I have a single captured video that has my son almost walking and then walking. I'd like to be able to hit the info button or something in case I don't know what day that happened. Right now I have really long descriptive filenames but it'd sure be cool to add some of my own data, like location, time of day, and date. Any ideas?

You could create a metadata properties file for the imported video, or see the customizations forum section for other ways to include metadata, such as .my files.
