New User - Recording Quality ?
I have only had Sage + SageMC for 2 months and am anxiously awaiting the extender to be back in stock. It is great!
However, I currently have my recording quality set to "great" which of course takes up a lot of disk space. Are there better settings that for conserving disk space that will not reduce the quality much (90% of my recording is OTA HD). Maybe Divx, etc? Any help would be much appreciated. I have the latest Beta of Sage. |

If you are 90% ATSC then it make no difference how you set that it will be recorded in the same quality it is broadcast in.
You might want to start using the convert option. You might also look at the autocompress plugin too. |
