Aspect Ratio always shrinks instead of stretching
I'm trying to setup aspect ratios to watch content recorded analog which is letterboxed properly on my 1080i tv. The problem I have is when I go adjust the stretch values in the aspect ratio settings menu it always shrinks the screen. If I enter 125% horizontal stretch I get video that's 25% smaller. If I enter 25% I get video thats 25% the size of the original.
This is on a client PC running windows XP. I'm using the purevideo decoder and overlay mode (VMR9 causes problems waking up from sleep). The TV has a huge overscan which I'm correcting using the NVIDIA driver settings. Any suggestions on getting the aspect ratio settings to work?
