Help? Looking for Sports scores customization.

I'm a noob to all this stuff and I have no idea about how to tell whether an online video can or can't be made into a custom online video link in SageTV (short of when it has the "link this video podcast" marker on the page).

Since I'm going all-OTA with my SageTV, I am looking for a good custom link to a frequently-updated national sports scores video or even audio podcast, that I can add to my online video custom links. Basically, something that can replace turning on ESPNews for a few minutes each morning.

Ideally, I would love to add the ESPN.com "SportsCenter Right Now" video that plays on the right side of the ESPN.com front page (and is also accessible from http://sports.espn.go.com/broadband/video/). Is it possible to link that, as it appears to stay in the same "spot", and to just be updated frequently?

If not, I am open to any suggestions that anyone else has for links that they use, even if it's a frequently-updated podcast from your local news sports anchor, as long as it gives the "national" scoreboard. What I would like would just be somewhere that I can go in the mornings over breakfast to check the previous day's scores and headlines (even if the "headlines" don't have a story link, just a headline). It could even be all text, almost in an RSS-type format.

To put it simply, I just want this:

"So-and-so won the PGA event, so-and-so won the NASCAR race, NCAA football/basketball scores were {....}, MLB/NFL/NBA scores were {....}, so-and-so was arrested for this, so-and-so is accused of that, the end."

Any and all suggestions and "favorites" are welcome.
