Channel Isue with 2x Tuners

Hi i have just recently installed the lastet virsion on sage tv as a tril to see if it will work better for me than mediaportal, it to took me 6 hours to get the
2x technisat, skystar 2 cards to tune with all the channels on both cards,

But have a problem that is on the program guide, it shows say channel 1 and if your go up one channel it shows channel 1 on the other card.

How do i get it to combine channels so it will use both cards but only displays the 8 FTA channles in the guide??

and the other thing is picture quality is not very good, is that a codec thing?

any help would be grate.

Thanks Ill try that 2 night.

is there any idea on what could be causing the reduction in quality,
these same cards were used with mediaportal and the quality was a lot better??

To help others , it was a case of when tuneing the second card to select use channel line up from other card...
