HD PVR Audio Issues

I've been running my HD PVR fairly successfully since the middle of December. Just this week however I started to experience audio issues. Specifically whenever Itry to play a video recorded by the HD PVR I get no audio but instead just hear static (sounds like a machine gun). I used to get this on a recording every so often but now it happens on every one. This also happened to coincide with my upgrade to Sage 6.5.9 but I don't think they are related.

Has anyone else had/heard of this issue? Did my HD PVR decide to spontaneously break?

I'm using the latest 1.0.53 drivers.
