Subtitles for TV

Is it possible to display subtitles in SageTV for live TV ?

For example, when watching BBC news on my Sky box, I can turn subtitles on/off.

Is it possible to do that with the SageTV software, or using a pluggin ?

Cheers.

No its not possible. I doubt it will be possible for a quite awhile. Vista Media Center had an update called fiji I think, which allowed it and was very nice indeed.

I think it's possible with the DVBViewer network encoder, that was the main reason it was developed.

Yes, though only if the subtitles are coming from Teletext.
