transcoders switches defined?

transcoder/formats/Blackberry-Curve\ Good\ Quality=f\=mp4;MCompressionDetails\=-maxrate 700000 -bufsize 33554432 -g 300;[bf\=vid;f\=mpeg4;br\=700000;fps\=24;w\=320;h\=240;arn\=4;ard\=3;][bf\=aud;f\=aac;sr\=44100;ch\=2;br\=64000;]

I was searching around for how to make custom conversions and found a few refererences to creating lines like the one above, but I could not find what all the switches do....can someone post them?

I have a question though on making custom formats.

Do I need to copy the new formats to the server properties files as well as all the clients? The formats appear to be in every properties file, but I'm never sure what takes precedence. For instance if I'm using SageMC auto compression, is it the server definition or the one on the client I set the compression up on that's used?

Never mind. Figured out that the formats propagate from the server.

That link was helpful, but the format is not exactly the same:

Here is what I'm using for 4:3 recordings:

transcoder/formats/Blackberry-Storm\ Good\ Quality=f\=mp4;MCompressionDetails\=-maxrate 700000 -bufsize 33554432 -g 300;[bf\=vid;f\=mpeg4;br\=700000;fps\=30;w\=480;h\=360;arn\=4;ard\=3;][bf\=aud;f\=aac;sr\=44100;ch\=2;br\=64000;]

I'm not exactly sure how this is invoking ffdshow, the switchs -maxrate, -bufsize and -g show up in ffd show, but none of the switches in [] appear there, so I can guess that br is maxrate, fps is frames per second, w and h are width and height, i have no idea what arn and ard are. the remainined ones are for the audio, but they also do not match ffdshow switches in the above link...

I have learned that bufsize must be fixed to use a maxrate option, but what should that ratio be?
