Master Volume Control and SageTV Volume
Hi all!
I'm having a little trouble figuring out what to do here... My dilemma is having a "master volume" and also a volume for sage. I'm using the HTPC as a pre/pro feeding to a power amp, so using the volume control on an amp is not an option. I searched and the only thing I could find was changing the value in the properties file to true: media_player_uses_system_volume OK, this is better, but not quite what I am looking for. When I bring up vista's volume mixer, I see sage will now control the "sagetv volume". Problem is, sagetv volume will only go as high as the master. Is there a way to have Sage linked to the master volume? Or maybe another work around? Thanks! Using: Vista Ultimate sp1 latest release of sage and sagemc cyberlink decoders (pdvd9) (btw-powerdvd's UI controls the master which is very nice) X-Fi elite pro Girder5 coupled to a Harmony remote
