HDHR recordings stutter
I was able to get hd homerun working on my whs build but I now have a stuttering problem. The stuttering is taken care of by merely pausing it when the stuttering starts but it will crop back up through playback about ever 10 mins.
Any solutions for resolving this? I have a 5400rpm hard drive.

You said you're using WHS. Is it doing anything during these times, such as drive balancing or backups? What else are you running on the WHS box? Commercial skipping or anything else that's resource intensive? Need some further info on your setup. My FlexRAID backups will cause stuttering on my WHS box, so they're scheduled during the early AM. I was able to easily see this due to the multiple drive activity lights that were going crazy.
