Subtitles support

I got the latest beta firmware (20090505), and I can get subtitles to work with DVD and mkv files, but they don't work with DivX or mp4 (.sub, .srt). For those files, I can usually (but not always) select the subtitles options in the options menu, but nothing appears on the TV. Am I missing something?
Is this not supported?

They are supported. I don't have such issues. There's probably something wrong with your srt files. Submit a bug report for sagetv to have a look at your issue.

Ah I'm bummed. It doesn't work.
I'll submit a support request.

I got the beta firmware, and in the system details it says software version Sage TV 6.5.14.1, and current STV file 6.5.15.3. Is this correct?

You didn't have to toggle any other options or do any other modifications to get them working?

Oh, and I'm using the HD200 in standalone mode, watching movies over ethernet.

In that case, file a bug report. My comments above where for extender mode.

Did anyone manage to get subtitles working for separate .srt and .sub files for DivX movies when using the HD200 in standalone mode with the latest firmware? (20090505)

I have an issue where after a commercial skip (comksip) the subtitles get out of sync.. I'm using ccextractor to get them out so that I can use them on my MVP.. anybody else seeing this.. does anybody else use the MVP any more?
