Playback problem

Sorry if this is a duplicate. I haven't been home much, let alone enough time to play with SageTV. Here is my problem.

I just added the Hauppauge HD PVR to my existing setup of 2 Dual Analog Tuners. My plan is to create a channel lineup for the analog tuners for the non encrypted channels and create a different lineup for the HD PVR to access all of the encrypted channels. I have the HD PVR setup with the Hauppauge blaster to view from my pc, I can change the channels fine but the quality of the playback is much better through the Arcsoft application directlt than SageTv. SageTV settings are Detailed Setup>Video/Audio>MPEG2 Video Decoder Filter is ArcSoft and >MPEG4 Playback is Direct Show. Is that right? Should anything esle be changed?

Also from the SageTV HD 100 Extender I can see the analog channels fine but I get nothing when I try to access a channel in the lineup for the HD PVR. Any thoughts?

You should see the Arcsoft codec under the h.264 Video Decoder Filter. Make sure you select it. If you do not see "h.264 Video Decoder Filter" under Mpeg4 then you need to upgrade your version of Sage.

Start with Overlay and see how that looks before you try EVR or VMR.

I got the first problem resolved but still having an issue from the SageTV HD 100 Extender, Hauppauge HD PVR and Sci Atlanta cablebox. Flip through the channels from the extender is not changing the channels on the cablebox. I always stuck on a single channel. Any idea's?
