No Clients Folder - 3 MVP's not working - reinstall fails?

I sure hope someone here can help me. My kids want to watch movies.

Support has asked me to delete my "clients" folder. I do not have a "clients" folder - so this is puzzling...

I have 3 MVP's - all registered successfully. Each will scan for a media server and set as preferred server. The television will then show "loading application" with a series of small rectangles across the bottom of the screen. The screen then goes black...

And that's all I get.

I have unplugged and then waited 24 hours and tried again. I have connected via cat-5 cable as well. Each respond the same way.

SageTV on my PC using the standard sage client works fine.

The obvious question is what has changed, the answer is the operating
system (reverted to XP due to unrelated issues). IP of machine is the same with the same name. What has not changed is the router or its configuration. Windows firewall OFF and Disabled. I cannot determine why these media extenders do not work. I have ran SageTV with one media extender since 2007 with no major issues. I really need some help on this one.

Windows Firewall is disabled and OFF.

I have completely reinstalled SageTV6.6 - same results with the MVP's.
