No media imports work in Version 7

I just upgraded to V7. Using Comskip, commercial gui, and bmt plugins on a Win 7 Sage server.

Tv recording and Tv files work fine. The majority of my video and audio files are on another Win 7 machine. They all worked fine under V6. In 7 I see all the thumbnails, BMT collects the metadata and it shows fine, but I cannot play anything. i get the error message that the file is either missing or moved. I have rescanned several times. The files will play fine using VLC or any other player. You can click on Network and access, copy, move, etc any of the files. All import paths were and are unc. A video import directory on the Sage server itself works, it's just anything on the other machine that doesn't.

If you are using Sage as service on the new machine, make sure the username has been updated in the service control panel to one that has access on all machines.

Thanks, I have to check that out!! When I upgraded to Sage 7 I ran it as a service, I had not run V6 as a service because it would lock up the previous Win XP machine. I had kept V6 in non-service mode when I went to the new Win 7 box.
