HD200 Locks up playing Music, but not HD300

While playing Christmas songs, our HD200 started locking up after 5-10 minutes of playing.

I get the RED ICON saying that Java ran out of memory and all hell breaks loose after that. SageTV 7 pretty much locks up and I have to reboot.

My Java Heap is at max 1.5 ( cannot go any higher becuase SageTV wont start ).

Our HD300 playing the same songs does NOT lock up however.

Do I have a defective HD200? Or maybe it's a firmware issue - Should I do a hard reset?

Remove all of your plugins and test again. I had Xmas music playing for over 4 hours and then played DVD movies and recordings without an issue on HD200 and HD300. If you're running out of java memory you may have a misbehaving plugin.

Thanks Garry, I'll try that.

Will simply "disabling" the plugins work instead of removing?

I am loaded with plug-ins and it will be easier to enable them later instead of remembering and searching for the plugins.
