Beta 7.1.7, Colossus, & Bit Rates Question

Does Sage Beta 7.1.7 by default offer higher bitrates with the Colossus than it did with the HD-PVR?

If not, can someone please point me to a thread that show how to change the properties file to higher than the 12 or 13.5 Mbps rates of the HD-PVR? (I'm assuming it's done in the properties file, same as when I cranked up my HD-PVR rate with a few lines in the properties file that offered a new "HDPVR Max" rate of about 6.9GB/hr.)

Thanks for any help.
