Playback Error on one extender

I recently upgraded to 7.1.9 and everything worked fine until last night. Now, on only one of my extenders (HD-200) I consistently get a "Exception - playback error". My other extender (HD-100) and client(s) work fine. How should I debug this? I have also recently upgraded the firmware in this extender, but again, it worked fine until last night. All live TV channels, as well as recorded TV channels, as well as DVD videos give the same playback error.

Guidance appreciated!

I've seen this too. The only way I can get past that is pull the plug on the HD200 and plug it back in. I'm also going to try and delete the client.properties file to see if that helps.
