Rebuild recordings / Recordings stops at playback

It looks like I made a noob mistake when I moved a bunch of recordings from one share to another. I didn't stop sage or follow the recommended instructions. Any way to get sage to rebuild the recordings DB?

More specifically, the issue is some of the files moved OK and still play but others, when played, immediately prompt to resume or restart the recording. Whatever I choose, the video stops playing. The file is fine and can be played in VLC, etc. And if I convert the file to video import directory, it will play. If I convert it in the same folder, it prompts for resume/restart and stops. EDIT: actually, I'll have to test it again, but it appears if I move a file out of the recordings folder to a non-import/recording folder, rescan, and them move it back - it might pick it back up.

btw, I just foobar'd my son's videos so its pretty stressful
Any ideas?
