HD-300s Failing

In the last three weeks, I have had two of my HD-300s develop network problems. The first one lost the ability to see the network and the second one lost the ability to play videos. I was never able to get the first 300 to be able to recover and had to replace it with one of my backups (a unit reserved for a different TV in the house).

the second unit was able to navigate the page tree, but when I tried to play a video, the log on the server appeared to be getting network errors (as if the 300 wasn't processing the data). Fortunately, a hard reset on the unit solved the problem, but I am afraid that it isn't long for this world. Unfortunately, I don't have a backup for this unit.

Are the HD-300s prone to network failures? If so, is there a known fix li,e there was for the HD-100 power supplies?
