Comskip Detector deleting converted recordings

So I am having an interesting issue where the Comskip Detector UI is deleting my recordings if I convert them to a different format (in my case, I'm using MediaShrink, I haven't tried the built in conversion function to see if it does the same thing). For whatever reason, it detects that the mpg is no longer there, sees that there is now an mp4 instead, recognizes it as the video file... but then deletes the video file along with the comskip files as well! I captured a log of the behavior after creating a short timed recording to test with:

Code:

Something else is happening. The logfile shows the core is deleting the .mp4, not CommercialDetector.

Yeah... you're right. Saw your reply this morning so I retried it with CD disabled and it still got deleted, but I'm having trouble finding it in the log. I'm guessing something is wrong with MediaShrink; I recall reading somewhere that Sage will not recognize recordings as the same unless the converted file has the same timestamp as the original, but taking a look at the generated file and the original, the timestamps are definitely not the same. Unfortunately, looks like EvilPenguin hasn't been around for a very long time.

Thanks anyway tmiranda!
