Wrong TV show descriptions

I am not sure if this is a Gemstone, Phoenix, SDEPG, BMT or Core UI issue, but here goes...

In my TV flow screen which lists all of my TV shows on the left side and has an image in the top right, there is a description of the show in the bottom right corner of the screen. In some, but not all, instances I am getting the wrong description. Several different shows, including sporting events, have a description of a show that I think is called the Magician and this description is in French. For some other shows the correct description is shown in English. For other shows the correct description is shown but it is in French.

When I click on the banner and go into the screen that lists all of the episodes for the show I get the correct description.

The bad description does not appear to be coming from the metadata, at least it isn't for NBA Basketball where I only have one recording and the metadata is all correct. So presumably Gemstone is pulling the info from somewhere else. That is why I suspect that it may be Gemstone.

edit - This is under Gemstone on Sage V9 running on unRAID. I don't have this issue on my other servers which are V9 on Win10 and V7 on Win7.

On the flow overview the description shown is either the description of the series OR the description of the next episode dependent on your setting in the flow customize area.

Let me know that setting and i can test.

Also, what version of gemstone are you running on each solution

The v9 unRAID system that is showing the problem is running Gemstone for Default SageTV9 4.0301 Beta. For tonight's basketball game I am getting a different French description.

Is the setting on series or next episode?

And the windows v9 is correct? odd.

Can i get a sage and gemstone log from after displaying the french description?

Actually it isn't the next episode it is the TV series description. And it is also wrong on V9 on Windows. But it appears to be wrong for TV series that probably don't have descriptions like sports or some imported shows. It seems to be pulling some default info that is incorrect. But some series descriptions are in French still, but this is only on unRAID.

Is the TV Series description in BMT somewhere? I can't seem to find it.

That makes more sense. I had to work around that issue in G2 as v9 core os not giving me a series id but we never determined the cause. I believe SageCollageProject ran into the same issue.

I doubt i will fix this in G1 unless i am bored but perhaps eventually we find the root cause and fix that.

Not a problem as I never noticed it wasn't corrrct in some instances until yesterday - just wanted to see if it was an issue at my end.

I saw this also while in the early stages of P3 - it seems like it was fixed at some point in the core...
