An IR blaster / remote with changeable addresses

In a much longer explanation in the Canada section, my problem is outlined. In short, I need to either be able to change the IR Blaster addresses that Hauppauge PVR-150's (and I imagine all their tuners) output.

As it stands now, the PVR-150 pumps out communications on a 0000 address. That's great if you only have one UHF receiver. I have three, and am planning on adding a second Sage hardware box.

So, I need a remote / IR Blaster (or just the blaster) that will work with Hauppauge products but that allows you to change the communication address to either 0001 or 0002 or 0003 etc.

Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

The USB-UIRT can handle up to 3 IR zones. This IR receiver/blaster natively works with SageTV once you install the drivers for the USB-UIRT. I think this should suffice for what you want to do. Seach the forums for the FAQs and how to set it up for 3 zones or 3 separate settop boxes.

and to the best of your knowledge, Hauppauge tuners work with this?

The tuners don't work with the IR receivers/blasters. SageTV works with the receiver/blasters. You can use your Hauppagur remotes or any remote with the USB-UIRT. Read up in the SageTV manual so you understand how this works. Just like you can use a MCE IR receiver with SageTV. These are standalone IR receivers and have nothing to do with any tuner in SageTV. SageTV controls the tuners.
