I believe the answer is yes. (Have not tried it myself)

you can move recordinga round based on any numeebr of different criteria using SJQ, but there is nothing built-in to allow per-favorite folders. Per-encoder is allowed, but having multiple folders added as recording drives in sage, on the same drive, causes problems with free space management. You should really only stick to a single recording folder per drive.

Can you tell me how to configure by encoder?
I want to keep processing my HDHR recordings with SA .9.7 and the new HD-PVR recordings with SA 1.0 (which does not seem to be as accurate) Not ready to install SJQ quite yet - will look into in the future. Trying to find a quick work around now... Thanks in advance.
