I'll try to keep a list of list of SageTV7 Plugins that are using bmt/phoenix for fanart and/or metadata.

Phoenix Fanart for SageTV V7 by bialio

I realize this thread has not been updated very recently, but can I assume that Gemstone is a STV/Plugin can can use BMT, Stuckless?

Yes, Gemstone and BMT both work together, and Gemstone uses the Phoenix APIs for Fanart (which is what BMT uses as well)
