SageDTC 2.7.0.2 with ffmpeg

When I select the ffmpeg option and point to the ffmpeg folder in the SageDTC folder, I get "can't find the file" message. Do I need to download ffmpeg separately and point to it?

I think someone on the boards said that the version of FFMPEG SageDTC comes with doesn't work with windows 8.1.
