Why would SageTV be deleting old shows sporadically?

I sporadically see that Sage has deleted a show on it's own.
The shows get recorded locally to the Sage PC then Daily get moved to the NAS (unRaid). I use the unRaid Recycle Bin and have a script that e-mails what was deleted the prior day. Sometimes we get a show that was not deleted by us.

These whould all be Manual recordings.

I recall that if Sage doesn't think it has enough space that it'll delete shows but don't think that should be the issue but not sure since don't know what threshold Sage uses to determine it might need to delete something.

The Sage PC records to a 3TB drive that would never be less than 2TB free.
The NAS is another story and that is about 91% full currently (10TB free)

So does Sage base deleting stuff based upon percentage or actual space?
How do I stop it? Would the sage logs provide a reason or just that it was deleted?
