Sagetv current version 6.1 and tried beta, same result

QAM works fine viewing channels through VLC.

Channel mappings figured out for my area as below

I set HDHomeRun settings to my QAM settings for each input.

HDHomeRun Manager reports:
SageTV: Not Connected
for both tuners

I start SageTv, and it reports...
No video capture devices were found.

any help would be appreciated.

Did you enable the tuners for Sage use in the HDHomerun Manager software?

Yep, I enabled them and everything.

I just tried the setup on another pc, worked perfectly. I have NO IDEA what's wrong with my other one.

Are you running any type of anti-virus or firewall software on the machine that does not connect? Is windows firewall enabled?
