Having trouble mapping remote functions

I'm using a usb-uirt+any remote (urc 8910) and have mapped alot of the functions successfully. However when I try to use the ffwd#2 as a page down in the guide it no longer works as it used to.

I can either use it for ffwd#2 OR page down. Under my previous sage setup( ver 5) one button did both depending on what screen you are in. I've tried editing the sage.properties file directly but for the life of me can't get the changes to stick--as soon as sage starts it goes right back the way it used to.

Any help--even just in editing sage.properties so my changes stick would be great!

FF2 & Page Down don't have a shared command and I don't believe you will be able to assign the same keystroke or IR code to two different commands.

Besides... FF2/REW2 will be an easier way to jump fwd/back by day in the Program Guide in a future release.

I suggest using Channel Up/Page Up and Channel Down/Page Down as the command assignments for your Channel Up/Down buttons, unless that has come other conflict for your remote layout. Those dual-use commands already exist & are intended for exactly that use.
