6.3.10 - You think, should I upgrade or not? I did! Thanks

You think, should I upgrade or not? You pop in here to see if any issues and try and judge if you should upgrade or not. I did and am pleased to report no issues for me.

Would just like to say great work. We all see the problems posted but not too often the postive.

I was using HDHR 20070916beta and Sage TV 6.2.10 until two days ago.

Now using SageTV 6.3.10 and HDHR 2080307

I did a total rebuild and not one hitch. I love the fact that I seem to be fine running my PVR as installed without all the fixes I previously needed.

Video- I am using Sage default video settings as installed. I didn't have to install Purevideo etc this time to get glitch free viewing.

Sound - I have not needed to add AC3 to get same level sound on all channels.

The only mod I did was to extend the yellow line down the guide.

I did notice if I went to the second part of that mod to get the line to be on top that it really messed up my display. Tried it twice with same results so only used the first part of instuructions. Will post a note in that thread

So to those of you wondering if you should move up, my experience indicates yes.

Wow -- a total rebuild, eh? Yesterday I upped from 6.2.10 to 6.3.10, but installed over the top. It toook me so long to get stutter free HD on the client PC, that I am paranoid about starting over again!

Glad to hear it worked for you. (Oh, and it worked for me as well, but I didn't go from scratch)
