Refresh media folders?

Is there any way to force SageMC to recognize new media? Whenever I add new music or videos, Sage doesn't recognize them right away.

while we're talking about recognizing new media, does anyone have to exit the video menu then reenter after a refresh in order to see the new videos?

Highlight the first button on the left in the media menu (music or videos) and bring up the options menu. It's the first item.

But, iirc, it wasn't always that way.
