Separating Videos from DVDs
Is there a way I can separate my DVDs from the rest of my videos? I know I could have a folder for DVDs and then a folder for everything else, but I would like to avoid having to go through extra layers. If I keep a separate folder for DVDs, is there a way to make a direct link to it from the main menu?
Also I have the rows and columns set up to create an ideal layout for displaying DVD covers. However it's not so good for TV thumbnails. Can I set this differently for each folder or is it universal for Videos? (I know I can test this myself, but I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to tinker with it) Ian

yes you can. You have to put them in separate directories and have a different import for each of them. Then you can create two menu items and set each one to filter out everything but one import. All the details are here... http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...perate+folders
