Just created a sagetv profile for the unified remote android app. If anyone is interested, let me know.

You have to install the server software on pc. It's available for linux, windows and mac.
It is an android remote control app that can duplicate multiple ir remotes or in my case I had it emulate keyboard commands to generate the remote control keys for sagetv. It communicates through bluetooth or wifi or ir. It is extremely configurable as to what keypresses can perform. Website is https://www.unifiedremote.com

I would be interested in your Unified Remote profile. My Harmony One is starting to lose button functionality and want to give this avenue a try.

This is my sagetv profile. You are welcome to customize it to your liking. You basically edit xml files to make changes or you can use the editor built into the server. I can help some with configuration if needed. This profile doesn't include support for ir because I don't have it on my old smartphone, but that can be added.

This is great and let me hit the ground running. Thank you for sharing!

I do have an IR phone and tried to create a custom IR based on the example and got it to work for my Samsung TV pretty easily, so I will be looking to add some functionality to your original design some time soon.

Glad I could help. If you need help incorporating the tv remote with my sage remote, let me know. I wouldn't be able to test it, but restarting the server will give an error message while loading the remote profile if is incorrect. Also if you haven't checked the screen profile, I would. It's pretty cool...for me it's a screenshot of my sagetv screen..which is where the universal remote server is installed.
